This Just In Arabic - A New Translated WP Theme

Finally I made a new one, this is a theme originally made by John Crenshaw, very nice & clean design. I think you will like it like I did.

I changed the design from LTR (left to Right) to RTL, modified some design elements in a way that fits better Arabic (IMO) & translated the visible English strings to Arabic.

I also changed some pieces of codes, like for the navigation on top & in single.php & archive.php that were giving me errors when testing.

The theme displays a different header image depending on the page you're in & supports the new threaded comments in WP 2.7 & later. It has a custom Archives page, to activate it you should create a page that has "archives" as slug and using the "Archives" template. There's also a link for RSS subscriptions via e-Mail using the FeedBurner service that you should edit / remove from header.php

Making it Translatable - Internationalize / Localize WP Themes Guide -Part 2

As I said there's not only one method to internationalize a software but Wordpress uses the GetText method & it's the one we should use for the theme. So let's start the internationalization then next attack the localization Note: It is highly recommended to choose / make an English theme & internationalize it, much easier than to work with a non-English theme. Disable Ctrl+W (Close Tab Shortcut) / Restore a Closed Tab - Firefox 3

I don't know about you, but for me this shortcut is really frustrating, I never use it but I often hit it by mistake while typing something & lose everything I wrote. The W key on my keyboard is next to the X & when trying sometimes to make Ctrl+X (shortcut for "cut"), I hit the Ctrl+W instead & here is (precious) irretrievable work gone. Yesterday when this happened, I decided it will be the last time, so i went googling for a solution , & it happens to be again an add-on for Firefox 3,  it's called KeyConfig . By the way if you didn't get Firefox yet you have no excuse do it now! , it's really the best web browser around! How to use the plug-in?
